You may return any item within 60 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Open the order in your account and request a return or exchange, or contact support with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer for COD orders.
Exchanges for a different size or colour ship as soon as we receive the original item back.
